photo uploads on caption.me - this will be a major improvement. We’ll make it much easier to add photos, create a leaderboard of best photo submitters, and use adaptive quotas to ensure quality. It will also unlock other future features like photo supervoting, automated photo submission from instagram accounts, integration with AI generated images, submission via smartphone “share” button and more.

This is now implemented!

Click the “Next Photo” button on the homepage and at the top of the page is a link you can use to add photos.

If someone knocks me off the top spot, I’ll be happy, though. Caption.me massively benefits from a supply of good photos.

You can now upload images in “webp” format, which means you can drag-and-drop images straight over from sites like ChatGPT.
