Oddly fluctuating caption order [fixed]

whenever a new caption is posted it could appear at the top, the bottom, in the middle, and the order is constantly fluctuating

I’ve just seen this peculiar behaviour first-hand, as I entered a caption and it went from top to bottom of the list within minutes. And then back to the top. That definitely shouldn’t happen!

I think there’s a weird bug in the database query. I’ll get it fixed

I’ve now fixed this problem, so we shouldn’t see any new captions at the bottom of the list.
