Hi, I know it’s been answered, but now I want to know, I can’t seem to find it. Do you loose your caption quota every Sunday morning if you don’t use them?
It seems to be recalculated each week. There is a (to me) totally incomprehensible explanation of the recalculation at https://www.caption.me/view/faq/quotas. What you probably really want to know is farther down that page:
"Some weeks I do really well and the next week have a large quota. I don't always use the quota, can it be carried over?
Quota calculation factors in three-month performance, meaning quotas don't fluctuate wildly week-to-week."
Quotas are reset, so it’s “use it or lose it”
I’d advise against writing captions just to fill your quota. It’s all about quality not quantity. The better the quality, the more quota you get.
